We couldn’t think of a better realtor for us! Ken’s 20+ years of experience was a great fit for finding us a downtown home in Mebane! Ken seemed to always have the inside scoop that was able to keep us one step ahead in a quick market. As first time home buyers we repeatedly heard that the experience would be challenging and overwhelming. Ken took us under his wing, showing us the way, and our journey was less stressful than we ever imagined it would be. Ken’s communication was above average and very thorough. Every question was answered promptly and with detail. Above all, Ken invested himself in our desires and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. He guided us along the way, offering advice whenever he could. We wouldn’t want to buy or sell with any other realtor. Thank you, Ken!!

We contacted Ken, initially, based on a positive online review; we worked with him to sell our last home and buy our current one. I really can't say enough good things about Ken. The photos he took of our home, for our listing, were beautiful; they looked as if they belonged in a magazine. Ken is knowledgeable, very personable, endlessly patient and very generous with his time. There were several showings that we had to bring our children with us and he "entertained" them while we looked at the homes. Ken answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling and buying a home is challenging enough but Ken made the process as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him!

We were first time home buyers and had several fears about the process of buying a home. Mr. Walker treated us as if we were his own children by walking us through every process, ensuring that the sellers took every precaution with getting the home in the right condition for selling and allowing us to understand every single fee that would come with the purchase. Ken was a wonderful help in getting our property sold. He is extremely knowledgeable about the community and is a leader in the community. He knows the local and county leaders and how to make things happen. He is pleasant, fun to talk with, and is an expert in the real estate world.
