Kenny was everything you expect out of an agent and more! Not only did he put our desires into consideration but his unwavering dedication to customer service also ensured that the properties would qualify for our financing criteria. Even though we were extremely picky with what we requested, Kenny embraced the challenge and found the perfect house for us and fought to keep the costs within our range. Nothing less than professionalism is to be had with him and his down-to-earth demeanor makes Kenny a pleasure to work with.

My mom recommended Kenny to help buy my first home. I knew absolutely nothing about the process. He told us everything we needed to know and look forward to. He's very knowledgeable and great with first time home buyers. He would let me know each time that a new house came on the market that he thought we would like and that was in our price range. He was honest about everything when it came to the houses we looked at. When we finally found a house, I knew it was the right one. Kenny made sure to be able to get us in the house as soon as possible and made the transition easier. I would definitely recommend Kenny if you're looking to buy a house.

We began working with Kenny several years ago when we were looking to invest in residential rental properties. Kenny has been great to work with. He kept us informed about new properties as they came on the market that he thought would interest us. We recently sold one of the properties when Kenny advised us there was interest in purchasing some investment properties.

We contacted Kenny, as he came highly recommended, after the sale of previous home that was much quicker than expected. We were looking to stay in the Baldwin, Ottawa, Overbrook area, and were having a difficult time finding the right home in our price range. There weren't very many properties available, and when one came along, it was gone just about immediately. Add to that the fact that we had some previous credit issues that limited us to a strict budget, and we had a pretty big wish list for a new home. Kenny knows the area, the market, and the lending process in and out. When we found the perfect home, we dealt with some difficulties with the sellers, and Kenny was able to negotiate with them to make it happen. Any questions we had were answered by Kenny quickly and completely, and he was always responsive by phone, text, or email at the drop of a hat. He understands all of the ins and outs of the lending process, and all of the rules that go along with different types of financing - almost better than the lending institution! We have found our dream home, and will most likely never move again, but if we did, Kenny would be the only realtor we would consider. Kenny was absolutely great! His personal skills, professionalism, and knowledge of the business helped us step thru the process comfortably. We also brought a challenge to the table that I believe many in his shoes may have had a difficult time seeing thru, but he managed it like a minor speed bump, and getting us into the exact home we were looking for.
