She is very responsive all along the way and shares the information that is necessary to make wise decisions. With a very hot market in Billings, there was no way we would have found a house and gotten it under contract and then closed without a hitch without Kerry!

The best real estate agent we've ever had. She's on time always. Her knowledge is extensive about the local market and real estate in general. If there is a problem or a bump she overcomes it with ease and cheerfulness. She is most highly recommended for any type of real estate transaction. She is knowledgeable about everything.

We would still be living in a camper if it wasn’t for Kerry! We were trying to sell our house in another town and the realtor we were using was horrible. I didn’t feel good about how we were being represented, so I asked Kerry for her opinion. She was able to advise us what to do and how to take control of the transaction. Throughout the whole process I leaned on her to help us navigate every stressful turn. She was an amazing shoulder to lean on and I would not have been able to close without her. Then when it came to purchasing a home in Billings, she showed us how easy and stress free the home buying/selling process really should be. We quickly got into escrow and she advised us on how to negotiate to our advantage. The amount of work she does behind the scenes for her clients is absolutely amazing! She is 100% committed to each and every one of her clients all the way up until the closing table and continues to check up even after the transaction is finished.
