Kevin went above and beyond for us to sell our former home and help us purchase our perfect forever home. He was very experienced in offering recommendations for home sale such as price point, market comps and house staging. Finding a new home was difficult in this market with limited inventory and personal preferences. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. He was always accessible by text, phone call and even personally came to our property to help facilitate transactions when needed. We highly recommend him as a realtor for sale and purchase. Hope to work with home again in the future!

Kevin sold a difficult to sell home for me a few years ago. Since he did such a great job, we used him again for another transaction recently. Kevin's professionalism and marketing skills are second to none. If you want a realtor who knows how to price your home and get your home the best marketing and potential buyers, Kevin is your guy!

Kevin was extremely responsive upon receipt of our initial enquiry. In the time of Covid, he was kind enough to have a member of his team take us on a virtual walkthrough of the house. Once we decided to explore it further, Kevin also held a virtual call with us to discuss the process and what we should keep in mind as we started to look. Once we finally visited in person, Kevin pointed out what we should be looking for, ensuring that we were prioritizing the right things -- all the way through to the offer phase when he helped us negotiate our best price. Kevin also has a fantastic network, successfully recommending an inspector and real estate attorney with whom we ultimately worked. Lastly, Kevin's willingness to get on a call and talk through any situation definitely makes him the right guy for this type of major life event. He makes himself available and is willing to discuss both major and minor details.

We needed to sell our home very quickly and Kevin made it happen. He did GREAT work through out the process form listing of home to the closing. I would highly recommend Kevin Baker to anyone who is looking in to selling or buying a home.

I highly recommend to use Kevin and his team for a stress-free and professional real estate transaction, whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor. The entire process was very smooth, great communication and everything done on time. Kevin's team scheduled inspection and drove down to Galveston to do a walk-through on the condo and did a facetime video for me which saved me a lot of time by not having to drive there myself. Kevin also negotiated part of the transaction to be non-realty items which allowed for lower price sale on the property and will reduce my property tax based on sale price. Closing documents were prepared and shared with me on time, and great cupcake treats awaited at closing with Kevin's partner title company.
