My realtor, Kevin Charkosky was extremely thorough and helpful during the process of buying a home. He was in contact with me when needed and always have me good advice to help me with my final decision. Kevin knows exactly what to help you look for with your budget and is familiar with Knox County, Sevier County, Jefferson County. He referred me to a good loan officer who guided me step by step during loan process. I highly recommend Kevin if assistance is needed buying or selling a property.

Kevin was helpful from the start. He brought comparisons And was informative and open to representing the sell of the house . Throughout the process through negotiation and obstacles in paperwork Kevin was ahead of each piece that led to putting everything together and closing on time. We sold the house in less than 2 months. Dependable, honest, and prompt are words I would use to describe Kevin. It was very refreshing to work with someone who you could really count on.
