Let me start by telling you how we came to meet Kevin! A home popped up that looked interesting but had no interior photos. (grrrr) I put in a simple 'phone call request' and within 15 minutes, Kevin called! Not only that, he drove to the home that same day, took multiple photos and texted them to us! He did not 'swamp' or 'flood' us with a million calls afterwards (like some of the other agents did), he would simply call now & then to check in. (I swear some agents would make really good telemarketers!) Over a month had passed since our 1st conversation before we were ready to get serious and physically view a few homes and Kevin was the first agent we called. At times I thought 'this man must think we're crazy!' because we looked at homes as far north as Statesville and as far south as Stanley & pretty much everywhere in between. I must say, he has the patience of a Saint! Finally, we found our home in Mooresville and fell in love! That's when the hassle began! NOT with Kevin, but with our VA Lender. Kevin helped us jump thru every hoop demanded, must have spent hours on 'hold', days responding to emails, and at times probably wanted to 'pull his hair out'! THEN! Two days BEFORE closing the lender decided that we could not/would not close unless the front porch railing was repaired!?!? The seller refused to remedy so what did Kevin do? He met us at the house on a very hot Monday morning (tools in hand!)and spent the ENTIRE DAY helping us build a gorgeous new entry. It passed inspection with flying colors and we closed just as planned. It would not have been possible without Kevin Cox. Since closing, Kevin has become a member of the family! The tomatoes from his personal garden have become a staple in our home & the advice on gardening and caring for my new rose bushes has been invaluable. Oh, and the gift from Lowes' was awesome! We took his advice and purchased the deck cleaner he recommend & no kidding...the deck looks brand new! I cannot recommend Kevin enough. He is professional and personable with impeccable integrity and you couldn't ask for a better agent. Long story short, I sold real estate in another state for many years and have NEVER met an agent like Kevin Cox. Thanks so much Kevin for making our dream home possible! Karen & Wade

We could not have purchased our home without Kevin Cox! Our VA lender was an absolute nightmare. They wouldn't return phone calls, lost information, and even worse would not grant the loan without a repair to the entry of the house. Kevin bull-dogged thru the phone calls, found the missing information AND spent AN ENTIRE DAY in the hot sun helping us build a brand new, gorgeous entry....even before we closed on the home!! He visited after we settled in with gifts from his own personal garden & a card from Lowes that came in very handy!! Long story short, you WILL NOT FIND a better agent than Kevin Cox. He not only knows the ins-and-outs of Real Estate, he is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to gardening! Thanks so much for all your advice and help!!! We pass out his cards everywhere we go! Thanks to Kevin, we are happily living in the house of our dreams!
