the erickson did and outstanding job it was and still is a great experience working with both Tanya and her husband Kevin there not only professionally intoned they are very welcoming.... they make you feel like family we purchase two properties through them and recently sold one of them through them as well i highly recommend The Erickson team to anyone looking to sell or buy there property

Tawnya was a fantastic agent, she was very informative, patient, and flexible through our entire buying and selling process. Tawnya helped us to list our house, sell within 7 days, and get about $70K over asking. She took amazing photos of our home and helped us to stage it with a few subtle but very impactful touches. In terms of buying, Tawnya helped with an out of town purchase, driving a not so ideal distance to ensure that we find the right home. We went on vacation twice through our buying process and Tawnya ensured our search for the right home went without a hiccup. If we had a question, suggestion, or need Tawnya was on it, always being responsive and our advocate ensuring that we got our needs met. We ended up finding the perfect home right in time with a contingent sale.
