Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and caring. He would take the time to thoroughly explain the condition of the home and possible repairs. We were first time buyers so he also explained to us the process. Kevin negotiated for the seller to pay for the repairs of the home, we were very thankful! I was telling him how my kids love to play basketball and he surprised us with a basketball hoop when we got our home! Even after getting the home, Kevin made sure the utilities were set up to be turned on for us. I highly recommend Kevin!

Second time buying my house, Kevin was a referral from a friend he took care of everything. Got us a great deal, he made sure the home was inspected and the repairs on the home were completed. Every time we had a question he knew the answer. Would highly recommend Kevin he was a great realtor and friend to work with.

Kevin was great to work with. Very easy going, friendly and prompt. He kept us in the loop in the whole process. We had some hiccups in the selling process but it wasn't on his end but Kevin did all he could do to keep everything going smoothly. Overall I enjoyed working with Kevin and would recommend him to other buyers and sellers.

Kevin is one of the best realtors I’ve ever met. He helped understand every little thing. Is a very patient person and will literally jump over walls to help you get into a home! I started looking for a home back in May of 2018 and finally was able to find something Feb 2019. Yes Kevin stuck with me through all this time! I was a bit picky as well and he made sure to find me homes that he knew I would like. I Highly recommend he really is great at what he does!
