Kevin was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend him when buying or selling your home. He was very patient with us while we went back and forth trying to decide if and when we wanted to move. He was never pushy but always available if we wanted to see a listing or had any questions. We were very happy with the staging consulting service and professional photography and videography to help get our old home ready for the market. Kevin is very down to earth and knowledgeable, and I'm convinced our buying and selling process would not have gone as well without his expertise. Overall, we were very happy with our experience

We had the BEST experience with Kevin. He consistently sent us options and checked in with us weekly about houses we wanted to see. He is incredibly responsive and really had our best interest at heart. We ended up finding the perfect home for us- ideal location, checked all of our boxes all thanks to Kevin! Kevin made what could've been a very stressful process for us (first time home buyers), one that was seamless!

Kevin is aggressive an accountable on a daily basis - Kevin has sold 3 remodels we completed in last 18 mths all $300K plus -- his Team acts more like a partner then an agent which is a breath of fresh air when buying or selling property.
