Kevin was perfect. He asked the right questions and zero'd in on exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Kevin. We did have issues with other realtors making promises they could not deliver and it almost derailed our purchase.

Kevin Hunt was our realtor when we were looking to purchase a home. He found us a "for sale by owner" home and we were using United Veterans for the home loan. He helped us find a home fast not that we were in a hurry but what was cool is we had drove by the home prior and thought no to ourselves until we got a call from him. When we saw the house and walked through we knew than it fit our needs we would of passed it up if it had not been for him. Kevin is friendly, professional, nice, and he's easy going making you feel comfortable through the process. We have purchased a few homes and he is at the top for customer service and follow-through.

Well, he could have sold my house a bit faster. It took a good day and a half, if I recall. Why the extra half day? I don't know. Kevin is low-key & laid back. Gets the job done. My kind of guy. If you are looking for the Vegas approach to selling your home, perhaps you should find someone else. He gave me the advice I needed to make my home desirable to the right buyer. I did my part, then Kevin did his part. Bingo. What more could you want? Thanks Kevin! I really do appreciate it!

Kevin has helped me sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes - he is a FANTASTIC realtor! Kevin is a down to earth, no fuss, tell it like it is kind of guy who has a wealth of realty knowledge at his fingertips. He's friendly and personable and easy to work with. We told him how much what we wanted to get for our home and he delivered. One thing I particularly appreciate about Kevin is his honest and frank approach to home selling, he didn't make us jump through hoops or make hundreds of updates or changes to our home before he put it on the market, he gave a few simple suggestions and that was that. He sold our house in 3 days. He's reliable and efficient, returns phone calls immediately and was available by phone every time we needed him. Kevin's experience and expertise are priceless and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who will get the job done!
