We discovered Kiedra after first auditioning other buyers realtors in the Metroplex whom we found unsatisfactory. What stood out about Kiedra (and the reasons we decided to go with her) was her professionalism and her willingness to go the extra mile in order to meet our expectations. Kiedra was able to expertly negotiate our home purchase and was on top of everything from the start. Throughout the process we felt confident that any detail, no matter how seemingly small or insignificant, would not escape her radar. This instilled a level of trust in us that made the home buying process pleasurable. Above all, Kiedra proved herself a straight shooter and was never afraid to offer her honest opinion if it could help us make a more informed decision. Kiedra was very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire process of searching for a rental home. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and she taught me a lot if information i never even knew about. She showed patience with me as i sorted through all of the options that were available to me and she made sure to be transparent with me about any qualifications i may need to be approved and i really appreciated that. She was available pretty much anytime i needed to contact her and i love that i could text her as well! It wasn't just about her getting me into a rental so she can make the commission like many real estate agents do. Kiedra was very compassionate and caring about my situation, my needs, and my expectations. I appreciate her diligence, honesty, and hard work! We had already started out search for a home and we weren’t sure of we wanted to buy or lease a home. I reached out to Kiedra and she immediately went to work to find us a home! Ultimately she found us the home we just moved in to and absolutely love it! She checked in to make sure We had everything we needed, she made sure all documents got signed and every moved smoothly for us! I would definitely recommend her, and I will be using her services in the future. She is knowledgeable, and very professional and made this process so much easier for us!!
