Worked with Kim long distance to purchase a condo. Kim helped narrow the choices beforehand and showed me 18 condos in 2 days plus revisiting the final contenders. Kim negotiated the offer and I returned home with an accepted offer on my new home in Florida. Kim met the inspector and got all the items fixed in time for a 2 week long distance closing. Kim's knowledge of the area and the market plus her willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended.
