Not only did we miss work but we drove an hour and a half only to be stood up by this realtor. We texted we were on our way but instead of calling us she sent a cowardly text saying she had been trying to reach us all day, that the house was pending as of this morning. Yet there is no evidence of a single text, email, or phone call from her. On top of that, she said she couldn’t meet us anyway because she was traveling from Michigan. If that was the case then how did she intend to meet us in the first place? That’s when she blamed her boss and said that she was the one who actually going to meet us. In other words, don’t waste your time on this incompetent liar.

Amity was the best real state agent we could have. She understood our situation and worked with it. She showed us so many house that were away from her area From perry, pike, and Dubois. She helped us so much on the ins and outs of buying a house for being first home buyers.

Amity did an excellent job! She had showed us several houses until we found the right one. Very flexible with our schedule. Super nice and if we need a realtor in the future there is no one we would rather have than Amity.

Patty did great keeping her eye out for properties that were within our wants in a home. We looked at several all over the county and she answered many many questions always within a reasonable timeframe. We went and looked at our now house 3-4 times and she always made it happen without making us feel like we were a bother. She's going to treat you like her own family when you get her.
