Loved working with Kim! She listened to our needs and wants for our family. She kept our budget in mind when showing us houses. Fantastic lady to work with. We will definitely work with her again when we sell our house and find a new house for our growing family. Here we are 7 years later!! Kim helped us sell our home and was our rock during the whole process. It's never easy selling a house when you relocate to the other side of the US. Kim was with us very step of the way and made it so effortlessly easy for us. We were so lucky to have her for this process. Truly an amazing lady with a can do attitude that never stopped. Thank you for everything and the friendship

Kim sold us our home a few years back. She showed us every house that we were interested in and really went above and beyond in facilitating the transaction. This is the second property we have purchased contracting with her. She exceeded our expectations when she worked late evenings to appease our busy schedules.

We used Kim as our realtor for viewing houses we were interested in buying. She would show us houses we requested to see. When taking us on tour of the houses she had no knowledge of anything about the houses. When asked any questions about any of the houses she had no answer and never tried to even get an answers for us. When we would email her a question about a house she would never answer us or respond. While viewing houses she would always answer her phone and talk on the phone, which we thought to be very rude. When we were in her office she would answer the phone in the middle of discussion and continue talking on the phone as if we weren't their. I felt she was very unprofessional and didn't act at all like she was trying to help us out in anyway when we were looking for a house to buy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Kim Cripps is very knowledgeable and in touch with the local culture in Havre. She is community minded and volunteers for several community efforts improving Havre and the surrounding area. Her professional presence is an asset to Havre and helpful when searching for a good fit for a home you would be comfortable in.

Kim is the ultimate [profesional and has the client's best interest as priority one. She spenmt the entire day with me showing me not only homes but downtown businesses, churches, restaurants and infoprmation on the general population and the surrounding recreational activities and locations. I wuill exclusively use her once my employment conract gets me there.
