Kim Was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the area market. She even arranged a Plummer for me as I live out of state. We had an offer in a week with no problems. Kim made the closing so easy for me as I live out of state. I've had a good experience working with Kim as my seller's agent. Kim was very professional and highly effective.
