Kim Furnari is a fantastic realtor! I've bought and sold numerous properties over the years and have to say she is by far at the top! She listed my property on Plum Island on April 8 and it was sold/closed by May 22 at one of the highest PSF prices ever recorded on the island. Kim is exceptionally proactive, creative, responsive and resourceful. She made the whole process so easy and took away all the stress...I really had to do very little. I will DEFINITELY call Kim in the future given the opportunity!

Kim just helped us buy a home on Plum Island and I could not recommend her more strongly! She was incredible throughout our search providing helpful and informative information to help us make decisions. Once we found a place we were able to close in a matter of weeks and she helped us navigate the process the entire time (making it seem easy!). She is incredibly responsive, professional and is a pleasure to deal with. She made the entire process amazing!

Kim was consummate professional from start to finish. No task was too large or too small, and she was always available 24/7. Amazing marketing skills as well! She sold our home for a record price in our area (per sq ft.) in only 3 hours from the listing going live. I'd HIGHLY recommend using Kim as either a buying or selling agent, you cant go wrong!
