In two words, God sent! Outstanding experience and her Southern hospitality was beyond reproach! She led us thru the prep stages to sell the home and set high expectation on the results. Under her guidance and oversight, our home had an offer within hours of posting the for sale sign. We thank God for sending her across our pathway and let me not forget, her helpmate (husband) is a great man that's support her effort. We highly recommend her if you want a honest, fair and upfront realtor who put the best interest of the customer first! Thank you Kim and Hubby!

I contacted Kim when I decided to purchase a home. Kim was very attentive and returned my calls or questions as soon as possible. Kim worked great with my lender and she was always responsive to my inquiries. Kim is a dedicated realtor who showed a great respect for her client and her professionalism was outstanding. Kim was amazing during our home search! She sacrificed her time to show us numerous homes that fit our needs until we found the perfect one.
