She helped us buy a house a few years ago and then when we had to move due to a new job opportunity she helped us sell the same house. Based on the location and condition of our house she accurately predicted the profile of the potential buyers such that we had multiple offers the first day it was on the market (one at asking price and one above). Meanwhile, similar homes had been languishing on the market for months. She took care of every detail during escrow with straightforward and honest professionalism.

Kim worked tirelessly for my parents during a difficult time in which they needed to downsize, sell their home and purchase another home. I have been trying to sell my home for 3 years and off and on before that and have had many realtors, Kim was by far the best Realtor I worked with! She was on top of everything, personally being there at every showing. Great advertising and marketing. She is very professional and kind. Not only did she sell my home she also helped me buy one and continued to be on top of things when there were some issues even after Escrow closed and her work was officially complete. I would recommend her VERY highly!!
