Kim was knowledgeable, patient and worked very hard to understand the nuances of our wants and needs in a home. She never got frustrated and kept a sense of humor when we were not finding what we wanted. Kim took us out to see many many properties in a wide area and put up with our ever changing wants and needs until the perfect home was found. Kim continued to guide and help us through the negotiations, home inspection and finally settlement. Her work ethic and ability to communicate with the seller's agent until the deal was done was outstanding. Kim is definitely an agent I would strongly recommend.
