We were delighted when Kimberly agreed to sell our home, she was the only realtor we had considered. Buying a home is a wild ride! But navigating it with someone like Kim is a must! Kim is knowledgeable, experienced and knows the process in and out. She has multiple trusted partners and vendors that help make the process easier. She is responsive and available and understands how important it is to move quickly when you find a home you love. Kim has helped me with purchasing 2 homes and selling 1 and I would never do it with anyone else. She isn't looking to make a sale but is looking to help you find your forever home!

We purchased our house (Hunters Creek - Eagle Landing) from Kim. Such a fantastic experience. Knowledgeable, professional & top in her field! We were so impressed, several months later we had her sell our prior home! Following year she sold our beach house, after it had been listed with another Realtor, Kim used her expertise to sell the house! Both of those sales occurred 10 days post listing & sold above asking price !!! 5 Star Realtor
