If you want to work with one of the best realtors in the area, you must call Kim. She is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and has so many contacts in the industry. She worked tirelessly until she found me the perfect property. Once I bought the house, her great customer service didn't stop. I had an issue with the home warranty company, and fortunately for me, because she had a great relationship with someone at the company, they took care of my issue. Without her, nothing would have been done. 11 years later, I used Kim to help me rent the house out. Once again, she was incredible and helped me find a great tenant. She made the process so easy for me. I highly recommend choosing Kim as your realtor, you will not be disappointed.

There are not enough words to express the appreciation I have for Kim Billings as our Realtor in the selling of my and my brother's deceased parent's home, and all that she did to make it the most successful outcome possible. She utilized all marketing options with such an extremely professional touch as well as holding several successful open houses...we could not have asked for more! Through all the cleaning out of our parent's estate she was a wealth of information and so helpful in referring top notch contractors and any other help that was needed which made things so much easier to deal with and complete. Kim is the most kind, compassionate, understanding and accommodating of any Realtor I have ever dealt with and through it all I made a friend! Kim help with the sale of our home in Allen Texas. Kim was very helpful and always happy to explained any questions during this presses. She keept us always informed of anything and everything during the sale. Kim was just as wonderful with the search of our new home too. We purchased a house in VanAlstyne Texas and Kim was so helpful walked us throug this presses and became more of a friend than just a realtor to our family. Kim we thank you so much for taking such great care of us during this very stressful time. We couln't have done it without you. A million thanks
