Kimberly Bowden is the Best Real Estate Professional. She is polite, prompt, and honest. She helps people and cares about our Veterans. I am a Veteran and traveled to many Duty Stations around the world. I know what a person is like when they truly care. She did an outstanding job helping me and the Veterans. I will recommend her to anyone. If you want to buy or rent from anyone. Kimberly Bowden is the Best.

Awful! She must be new. Kimberly has no idea what she’s talking about. I hadn’t even met her, and she wanted me to sign an agreement that I won’t use any other realtor. I just wanted to see one property. She’s extremely difficult work with!

Reading Kimberly's glowing reviews online almost had me feeling like she was too good to be true. I have worked with quite a few realtors in the past, some with equally glowing feedback, but none have even come close to Kimberly's level of competency and genuineness. At every turn during this process she has impressed me and worked in my best interest. From staging/listing my home effectively to recommending excellent, low-cost, local third parties, I honestly can't say enough about this experience. During a time that's so stressful where we have to worry about being taken advantage of at every turn, I felt Kimberly truly had my back. Like I've told her already, I wish I could clone her and have a Kimberly at every new city I moved to. I would strongly recommend her to anyone in the Tampa Bay area (and no, I promise this is not a paid message, she's just that good).

Kimberly is *the* ally you *need*! I'm unable to adequately put into words how much she did for me in my first home purchase. Making an attempt: She is truly an advocate for your interests and, seemingly, will not sway from that commitment under any circumstances. I made an offer on a home during the pandemic. Kimberly and I soon learned there was a permit missing on a significant portion of the dwelling. Kimberly stuck with me for ~8 months, helping me through (and really handling for me) paperwork/interfacing/coordinating with my lender, the seller, contractors and the city. In the end, I find myself loving my new home thanks to Kimberly's efforts. She deserves a medal :)

Kimberly is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the Real Estate field. She was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions to getting my place SOLD! Without question, I highly recommend Kimberly to get the best results.
