Kimberly is absolutely a pleasure to work with! She made the entire process so quick and easy. She has explicit attention to detail. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.

I’ve bought and sold several homes and grew to learn that it is just a ridiculous and awful process. I often ask why we pay realtors if they just make life more difficult and miserable. Then Kim was my realtor. Goodness gracious, I had no idea how amazing a realtor could be. The effort and care is what you’d expect from a champion. The quality of her work and her diligence are mind-blowing. Be careful though, she will 100% ruin any realtor you will have in the future. I felt spoiled through the entire buying process. I highly recommend, unless I need her. Then I recommend you find someone else ;)

We can NOT recommend Kim highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market (in our case, Fuquay Varina, or as Kim calls it "the best kept secret in Wake County") Not to mention that she is just the sweetest person in North Carolina. :) She made the whole experience, front to back and inside out, as easy to navigate as possible. She recommended home inspectors, a local church, good places to eat in town, dug up development plans that could affect our property, neighborhood/HOA info, etc etc etc. She was extremely thorough. An added plus is that she has a ton of experience with VA loans. Do yourself a favor, like we did, and give her a call. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Kimberly was awesome! She understands the flexibility needed when working with military families, and we always felt she had our best interests in mind. She was always available to help answer our questions and concerns. We cannot thank her enough for helping us purchase our first home.

Kimberly was my real estate agent and helped me to purchase my new townhouse with the Veterans United home loans. She worked very hard to provide the services that I needed to have a successful experience with purchasing my home. She arranged home inspections, she negotiated a great purchase price for me from the seller and even persuaded the seller to pay all the closing cost on the property sale. I am so glad that I had Kimberly as my real estate agent and would highly recommend her to all my friends, family and anyone who is interested in buying or selling real estate.
