Very happy to work with Kimberly Lynch. She was always there for us and was quick to respond when we needed her. Made sure everything was ready in the house, and did not pressure to make upgrades if we didn't want to do them. Very business focused and understands how to look at selling a house from a business perspective, getting the most bang for your buck. She also setup the house herself for showing and stayed late one night to get it done for listing the next day. Would highly recommend Kimberly Lynch! I am very glad we worked with her.
