It's actually pretty shocking how few Realtors have actually sold more than a couple of homes or have more than a couple of years experience as of 2023. It seems incredibly rare to find anyone with adequate experience and knowledge to traverse the every changing real estate market in these recent times. Arguably, I'm one of the toughest clients to have as I've been heavily involved in our home buying process, however Kirk is tenacious and stuck with us and in the end we found what we wanted, even in a market with shrinking inventory and rising interest rates. I highly recommend Kirk to anyone who won't settle for anything but the best, and wants an agent that will stick with you through the trying times and consistently educates themselves to keep up with difficult market conditions to help you win. We'll be using Kirk to sell an existing home in the near future and expect the same great results. He is honest, straight forward, and gets things done - which is a lot more than I can say for many of the people we encountered along the way. Do not settle for less!

Reenie was on top of everything from beginning to end of my home buying experience. She was very persistent in dotting on the "i"s and crossing the "t"s in the multitude of paperwork involved. She was downright amazing especially since she was dealing with the seller who had relocated to California. Reenie is very dedicated to serving her clients and she rates an A+ from me.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Sold my family home (I was the trustee) with no stress to me during my difficult time. Honest and reliable.
