Ours was a complicated, lengthy sale on a large commercial building. Throughout the process, Kody was very responsive. He is very thoughtful in how he negotiates a deal and we were so thankful for that since not only was it a commercial property but it was a 1031 exchange as well. Kody stepped up when the seller started to waiver on closing dates knowing it would cost all parties more money in an already expensive deal. We closed on time and the deal went very well! Kody Gideon is a real professional. His partner Victoria Billings brought great expertise in handling the details of this sale as well. Together they make a great team!

We were very fortunate to connect with Kody after a friend recommended him. Thanks to Kody, we were able to have an excellent experience while purchasing a home long-distance, not an easy feat. He is personable and meticulously detail oriented and put us at ease every step of the way. Our home closed a couple months ago and we will be moving in shortly. After the sale, Kody has continued to be there for us every step of the way and continues to go above and beyond. We are now pleased to call him a friend.

My husband and I decided to sell our family home of 20 years. We were very nervous to even begin the process, and at times weren't sure we were making the right decision. I noticed that home in my neighborhood had been recently sold by Victoria and Kody. We thought we would give them a call and see what they had to offer us. We were very nervous about making that first step. They were not pushy and gave us the space that we needed to ease into this process. Victoria showed up prepared with a smile on her face and comps in her hand! We fell in love with her by the time she left our house. I think the thing that sealed the deal was when Victoria said that she also stages houses. We were amazed at how quickly Victoria worked to get our home ready to be on the market. Victoria's knowledge of real estate, her personality, and her people skills are why she will forever be our realtor and friend. We were so blessed to find a caring realtor that went way above and beyond to meet our needs. We weren't the easiest clients and Victoria always seemed to know the right things to say and do! Victoria will work tirelessly but with full energy to get you everything that you need and deserve when selling or buying a home.

I don't even know where to begin. Brad went above and beyond anything we ever imagined. When we were having trouble with our initial lender, Brad knew we really wanted this home, he came up with options and we were able to secure our home still! He is professional yet made us feel like he was a friend whom truly cared about our vision of forever home. Brad stays in contact every step of the way and never once did we have any doubt that he was looking out for us . We had the best possible experience and will always appreciate everything he did to get us in our home!

My husband Bobby and I came to Victoria and Kody with a plan to sell our house for top dollar so that we could achieve our dreams of RV living, and to say that they delivered is the understatement of the century! Being a member of the LGBTQ Community, you never know if you’re going to get in the Midwest. I felt 100% comfortable with Kody and Victoria from the moment they set foot through our threshold. They complimented my decor, started working through ideas, and asking questions about our likes and dislikes, but in the most conversational and genuine way! They even stuck around for a few laughs and to play with our pups! I not only sold my home, but made themselves lifelong friends as well.
