I would recommend Kohl. We were able to close in a short amount of time. Kohl went above and beyond making sure we close on time. Personally driving to hoa office to get a response from them on time. It was a pleasure working with Kohl while we searched for and, ultimately, purchased our first home. He was patient in explaining each step in the process, giving feedback and guidance, but always respecting our goals and wishes. He stuck with us as we searched for our perfect place and found ways to encourage us as the market can be tough and discouraging at times.
