As a first time home buyer, Carla really explained to me the steps and helped me very patiently during the entire process. She took me to see 40 places until found one. In all of the places we saw, she was always available and extremely proactive on getting all the information needed to make the right decision. She is very passionate about her work and really likes to help people. I highly recommend her. She has a lot of commitment and work ethics.

If you are a first time homebuyer then look no further. Carla has got you covered in everything right from the point of negotiating the prices, to inspecting the quality and ensuring the closing is done on time. Even if you are a returning home buyer, Carla will undoubtedly be better than any agents you have worked with in the past. We had approached Carla for a purchase of a new and under construction property. We were unsure of the price point, if we are quoting too high or too low. She started with sharing us the current market situation of the similar homes what they were sold at. This was eye opener to us as clearly we would have been otherwise stuck in appraisal point. Further she assisted us a in negotiating a super deal with the seller. There were 5-6 back and forth talks on the pricing for negotiation but she did not give up and we cracked a super unbelievable deal with the seller. After signing the agreement, she constantly worked with seller to ensure all the construction is on time, the upgrades are being applied and self ensured the quality is up to the mark. We did have some issues with the construction process and she followed it up like it was her own property. Prior to closing we had a walkthrough of the home and Carla inspected every inch of the home. She questioned every detail from the nails to fixtures to maintenance etc. She has been always available on phones and video calls any day to answer any doubts we had. It is great to see when an agent goes above and beyond in purchase of something you spend your entire savings into. Carla made it feel it was a family home purchase and every penny spend was worth it. Highly recommend her for knowledge and friendly behavior. She works for you, not for the seller. She is a rockstar!

We are very picky about Real Estate Agent and it took us to work with 3 different agents and eventually ending up with Carla. She is very attentive and listens to your needs and priority. She is knowledgeable about the market and the vicinity, right tools to for comparative study and coming up with the winning strategy. She worked both as a buyer agent for us and also helped us to put our townhome in the market. We really cant thank her more for her support on all the real estate activities for us.
