I first found Krista through her YouTube channel and thought she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Central Florida. I was still living in California and she was confident that she could help me remotely. The whole process was very easy because Krista guided me at every step of the way from making the right offer, setting up the inspection, and all the little things that were different in the homebuying process in FL compared to my home state. She made 3 or 4 videos for me of the house on a private channel so that I could make a very informed decision about what I was buying. I relied on her knowledge and experience and were able to close on time quickly on a nice house in this hot market. I would wholeheartedly recommend Krista’s services to anyone interested in buying a property here.

We contemplated moving after 18 years. Needless to say, we were nervous, and only willing to sell our home IF we were able to find exactly what we were looking for elsewhere. Krista was the perfect agent for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we had targeted, even to the point of guiding us to a nearby neighborhood that was a much better fit for our family based on our must -haves and desired lifestyle. We trusted her opinions and took her suggestions, resulting in our very first offer being accepted and closing on our new home tens of thousands of dollars under appraised value! She immediately began focusing on selling our previous home. Again we trusted her plan and within 5 days we had over 14 offers, 13 of which were above our already top dollar asking price. Her ability to examine each offer, filter through the details and identify the strongest ones was nothing short of skillful. In the end we were able to sell our home for more than we paid for the new house. We not only moved to a more desirable neighborhood, but into a home that will continue to work for our family for a very long time. I'm not sure I have the words to express how wonderful a realtor Krista is. She recently helped us sell our home and purchase a new one. She marketed our home beautifully and we received a high volume of interest quickly, leading to getting a wonderful offer. She also helped us find our new home and she fought like hell to help us get in it! This purchase came with challenges many veteran realtors have never come across and Krista handled every curve ball like a pro all while keeping her cool and making sure we were updated and tried to make the extremely bumpy road as smooth as possible. Without Krista we would have gave up and missed out on the wonderful home we now get to enjoy. We truly appreciate everything Krista has done for us and will keep in touch and highly recommend her every chance we get.

I inherited a house in Sanford, FL. Several months before we hired Krista to list the house, she provided very valuable advice and guidance. After we listed the property with her, she did an outstanding job in marketing the house. As an out of state owner, I relied on her expertise to evaluate the offers we received. We started working with Krista from 3K mile away. She sent us updated homes to view on line and even went into a prospective property and did a live home walk through on Fact Time so we could view a property in real time.
