Goes above and beyond for her clients and allows you to make your own decisions. Very friendly and professional, communication is top notch. She seems to always look out for her clients best interest even above her own.

Becoming a homeowner was something that was extremely important to me, but for my soon-to-be husband... not so much. He had lived in the same town and same house most of his life with no intentions to leave. After convincing him to JUST LOOK at homes with me, we met with Kristen. You don't have to believe me when I tell you she exceeded all expectations, but if you knew my other half and his view on things/people, you would stop what you're doing right now and call or text Kristen to show you your future home. In the beginning of the search for our home, Mr. Stubborn found a reason why each house we toured wouldn't work. By the middle, he was asking me to "text Kristen real quick" or "can you give Kristen a call and ask about...." And now that we're officially homeowners, he's asking when we can get back up with Kristen and go to dinner just to catch up (we closed on our home less than a month ago). Needless to say, not only is she knowledgeable and responsive, she is honest. If she had any doubts about a property and/or had information on underlying issues, we knew about them IMMEDIATELY. Kristen is passionate about what she does. From our conversations, that passion has been there since a young age- riding in the car and getting excited to look in to older houses that had the curtains open. I couldn't imagine having to go through another realtor. As long as Kristen Huneycutt is selling homes, I won't have to go through another realtor!
