Kris is the most passionate, knowledgeable Realtor I’ve ever met. I trust her expertise in the local market as well as her knowledge of industry/economic trends. Her “responsiveness” deserves 10 stars because what she does for her clients go well beyond typical Realtor services. Within about 24 hours of reaching out to her we had an executed contract. Her negotiation skills also exceed the 5-star rating. Savvy is how I describe her because we would not have gotten the house without her. She continued to exceed expectations through two mortgage companies and three appraisals, and a final walk-through with the seller taking pages of notes for us. Professional, Cool under Fire, Efficient, Dependable, Timely, Decisive! Kris will never inform you of bad news without having at least two workable solutions and if you had the Buyer we just had that was a godsend. If you don’t hire Kris and her team to help you sell your house then you are intellectually challenged with two O’s!

I recently sold my home in Sedona after my husband passed away, and Kris was a Godsend during this very difficult and emotional time. She was compassionate, empathetic, and beyond helpful. Her integrity is beyond reproach, and she's simply one of the nicest people I know. The house sold quickly, Kris handled all the details, and kept me apprised every step of the way. I'd gladly give her a ten-star rating, as she's twice as good as any other realtor I've worked with over the years. You can't go wrong with Kris!
