Kristie handled the sale of our home. She is lovely to work with, and very knowledgeable about her market. She got our home listed in a couple of days, with excellent pictures and marketing. We had viewings immediately and had four offers within a week. I would definitely recommend Kristie to anyone looking to sell a home in mid to lower Dutchess county.

We've worked with Kristie for 3 house transactions so far, and NOT once did I feel pushed or in anyway disregarded no matter how outrageous my requests or questions were. We bought two homes, (one new construction), and sold a home simultaneously with a buy. I had confidence in her real estate guidance during all three ventures, but more importantly I genuinely enjoyed being around her and didn't dread looking at homes. She is personable and not overbearing. She took extra time to provide valuable plumber, carpenter, mover etc. recommendations too that proved to be reasonable and trustworthy as well. Thank You

I can not stress how lucky I was to find Kristie..Not only was the selling of my home and purchase of the new one perfectly flawless, but the little extras she helped me with was above and beyond what a realtor should be doing. I have purchased and sold 5 houses now and will never use anyone other then Kristie! Thank you..

Kristie Alexa was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. When I found the home I was interested in (and purchased) she was very quick to respond, make showing appointments and make herself available around my scheduling. Would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home .
