I am a retired attorney, familiar with real estate transactions. Kristie found a wonderful home for me in Dawsonville 5 years ago. Kristie sold my home in 1 day, 2 days ago. She is attentive, smart, responsive - and I (as both a buyer and seller of hers) think anyone would be nuts not engage her. And I am tough. She alerted me to a potential tax situation, which we worked out just fine. If you are looking for an agent to buy/sell a home in N GA, please look to her if you want an experienced, smart, professional agent. I can not recommend her more highly...and again, I am tough...but she is very, very good.

My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Kristie. We were able to purchase our dream home in Dahlonega while living in Germany in about 45 days with complete ease. She was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. She made purchasing a home from across the ocean as easy as if we were there. After we purchased our home, within a month Kristie sold another home for us and made that process completely easy as well. Through both the purchase and sale she was always accessible day or night and very quick to help in every and any way possible. She goes above and beyond to make a very daunting process stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Extremely pleased! She is very knowledgeable of Dahlonega and the surrounding areas. I met with her at my home and the next day she had a buyer! We never even finished the process of putting it on the market and it was sold!! I highly recommend her

I was relocating for a job in Florida and contacted Kristie who quickly responded and put my house on the market. Within days I had an offer on the house. She was awesome and available every step of the way and made the sale of my home simple considering that I had to plan a move. Highly recommend to anyone in the Dahlonega area.

If you are looking to buy or sell, Kristie is the best choice for the area. She is knowledgeable about the market and local area. She was able to help us find the perfect home for our family in Dahlonega. She was patient and took us around to see many different properties.
