Kris is a gem of a realtor because she never loses her focus on what your needs as a client are. She is a gold standard on trustworthiness and went the extra mile so many times for us that we lost track. As our needs shifted, she always kept us aware of our "carved in stone" wants vs the shiny, temptations we saw, ultimately helping us find a home beyond perfect for us. She attended every inspection and never failed to point out both the pro's AND con's even if it meant losing a sale --- she is THAT committed to integrity! We spent one solid day looking at homes with Kris and by the end she had our taste and requirements down to an exact science. <br/><br/>From the first email interaction with Kris, I knew I would get along with her. Don't let the bulldog scare you, it's a true compliment because she is with you every step of the way in your purchase and even after the transaction is complete. She is super responsive, articulate and gets everything taken care of ASAP or sooner. She spells out the entire purchase process for you and makes sure everything happens as smoothly as possible and quickly.<br/><br/>I highly recommend Kris, she will be your advocate, bulldog and a great friend!

Kris was a powerhouse for me to find the perfect place to call home. She was full of energy, integrity and great human relation skills. Graceful and patient with my huge, extensive search, she helped me keep the focus and look at the facts. Kris had an extensive knowledge in all realms of real estate and when she didn't know, she knew who to call and investigated. When buying a home with Kris you will feel like you have a whole team of skilled people on your side!

Kris is the most client attentive real estate agent I've met up with. I recently purchased a two-home property in Nevada City and Kris went far above my expectations. I had another agent before I contacted her. She was the listing agent for the property I was interested in. My other agent told me there were no photos of the property, no photos of all the work that needed to be done. I decided to call the listing agent, Kris, who promptly told me she had taken more than 70 photos of the homes and property showing all the work that needed to be done. She told me that my other agent was told about these photos. I fired my other agent and became Kris's client. She not only took care of all the headaches connected to a short sale, she got the price down another !0K for me. She spent a great amount of time dealing with the low-life renters that were trashing this property at the time of purchase. I tell everyone what a great agent she is. When I'm ready to purchase another property Kris will be my agent, no question about it.
