Stood by his word that he doesn’t lose, came through with both barrels. Even though we had a difficult seller and seller realtor he overcame all the obstacles like a pro.

I dont even know where to start. A month or so of working with kyle has provided more positive experiences than i can type on this review. #1. Kyle is the most honest person i have met yet in the industry. Or in regular life for that matter. My wife and i couldn't be more honored to tell others about the positivity kyle brings to the already stressful situation of having to buy a house on short notice. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He is also a very relaxed individual who doesn't push sales tactics down your throat. And kyle keeps his cool and finds real answers that you need, rather than lie and tell you what you want to hear. And this is important,because without truth and honesty,your foundation would be cracked from the start. #2. He also looks out for your best interests of making sure you don't get scammed on a purchase. He also looks out for your saftey as well. He cares about you on a personal level which makes kyle utterly amazing. Over the past month,kyle has had the patience of a saint as we looked at multiple houses on the market. My wife had been scouring potential places to see,and requested we see places she picked out. Kyle was a rockstar and provide a showing for every single place she wanted. Wow....how prompt he was at doing so may i add. He knew time was of concern to us. One place my wife had picked out( i wont mention which,for privacy concerns) literally had a dead cat in it with busted down doors and missing windows. Now, we knew it would be a " fixer upper". It was a place the wife picked to see ofcoarse, but as soon as we pulled up, kyle actually got in front of us, and searched the premises first,inside and out, before having us enter, to make sure no harm could come to us if there happened to be a dangerous person squatting inside it. His concern for our safety being number 1, is also why i rate kyle an 11 out of 10. #3 Kyle also takes serious responsibility for all matters of the business he conducts on a very professional level. He makes sure to dot all the i's and criss all the t's. He has caught flaws in sellers descriptions and paperwork, that has litterally saved us time and money. Kyle has a " can do" personality that looks at the situation,guages it and enacts a thoughtful and puposeful plan. Because of his attitude to getting the job done, he doesn't rest until it is done. Bottom line, kyle has been such a good person to my family and i, that if he ever needs anything,he's got it, including the shirt off my back. I have a nice home to live in on short notice in a shrinking market, because he made that happen. Kyle did alot of work behind the curtain for negotiations that i never knew could exist. I will always consider him like a family member. he is also helping me sell my other home. I simply trust him him with his decisions and have full faith in his advice. Anyone who passes on working with kyle, is missing out on an opportunity to actually buy a house or sell a house with a very competent individual who has access to multiple resources to get the job done. And you will also miss out on meeting a very good person with a great personality to match. Thank you kyle for all the hard work you did for us.

I had a great buying experience with Mr. Cluff and associates, he listened to my wants and needs. I only received listings that fit my qualifying criteria, he didn't try to show me homes I wasn't interested in or were outside my price range. I highly recommend mr. Cluff for your real estate needs.
