Pilar and her entire team were absolutely invaluable to the entire process. We are first time buyers, and knew almost nothing going into it, but Pilar held our hands, answered all our questions in exactly the ways that we needed. She worked patiently and tirelessly with us for months with absolutely nothing in return until we actually bought our house. Even when the bill came due, looking back, it was worth every penny, and probably more. Thank you so much Pilar, for helping us realize the dream of creating a home for our family!

Luciano was an absolute dream to work with and he made the process so easy for us to buy our first house. We found our dream home because of him and Luciano went far out of his way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed in every step. He was extremely communicative and answered our questions with clarity and efficiency. If we had any questions, he’d always be willing to talk on the phone and would keep us updated throughout the day on any changes. He truly went above and beyond, I would recommend him any day and he will help you find your home with ease.

Forever grateful to Howard and The Serene Team for helping us purchase our first home. Throughout the whole process, we were confident that Howard had our best interest in mind and counted on him to have our backs. He's responsive in all forms of contact and provided detailed explanations to guide us through every step. Howard's extensive experience and knowledge of the housing market prove to be invaluable throughout the whole process. He would come to open houses with us or tour a property on his own time to better understand the seller's intentions and check on the condition of the house. He regularly communicated with the seller's agent and found out crucial information that gave us a huge advantage during the bidding phase. Not only that, Howard also referred us to top notch lenders and inspectors, who were all super accommodating to our needs and worked tirelessly to help us close during the holiday season. Overall, Howard made a highly stressful process as smooth and easy as possible. We enjoyed working with Howard as our agent but also conversing with him as a friend. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Cassandra was very sensitive to my needs. She listened to me and did a Wonderful job of representing me in the sale of my home, as I then lived in another city. The way she marketed my home was done to attract the perfect buyer and she went beyond the local market to achieve this. I could fully rely on her expertise and experience in real estate . I am so glad to have had this experience with Cassandra as my agent and I would not hesitate to engage her again if the need arose.

Selling our home was difficult enough with moving and letting go, so we really appreciated someone we could totally trust to help us with the process. Cassandra stepped in and gave wonderful support, hard work, knowledge, dedication, and reassurance every step of the way. She made sure to display top of the line photos and digital presentation of our property, going the extra mile to give overhead shots, along with multiple showings with the smell of freshly baked cookies. Because of Cassandra’s marketing strategies, we were able to sell our home quickly and at a great price. She has a strong work ethic, and worked hard on our behalf. We are thankful she was our realtor.
