Kyle is simply the BEST, whether you are selling or buying a home. He's not only incredibly talented and knowledgeable in every possible area of real estate, he's an incredibly hard-working, genuinely kind, decent human. Kyle helped us buy a beautiful vacation home at an excellent price in 2021; when we decided to sell in 2022 after the property nearly doubled in value, we immediately called him. In about a week, we accepted an offer. The buyer ended up being a ridiculously demanding, problematic nightmare, but Kyle never failed to go above and beyond to keep us moving toward a successful closing. We're located in Memphis, so Kyle and his team personally handled the time-consuming job of researching, hiring, and overseeing repairmen and vendors to address the buyer's increasingly tedious requests. He stayed in constant communication, providing guidance through the entire process. The day before closing, Kyle discovered a shower door that had inexplicably shattered. He cleaned up every fragment of glass himself and worked real-estate magic with the buyer's agent to still get us closed on time. You simply cannot be in better hands than those of Kyle and his talented team.

The world needs more Kyle Madorins...literally the best part of our whole home-buying experience in Florida. We recently sold our other home in the Chicago area and so many things were missed by our realtor there - we really wish Kyle was there to help as we know it could have gone much better (and he did help as much as he could - which was totally not necessary!). I'm sure we'll be looking to upgrade our property again in the Central Florida area and we won't use anyone else but Kyle! All the positive reviews are true - Kyle is the best there is!

When you retire, you dream of living somewhere close to perfect weather, and the ability to live the life you want. It was time to make my dream a reality, so I decided to make a move to the sunshine state. Just amazing!!! Kyle Madorin was so instrumental in selling our home. His professionalism and knowledge of the business is second to none. The home was listed for one day on the market and sold for above asking. Kyle lead us all the way from listing to closing, and was always available to answer any of our questions.
