Laird was very responsive to my many questions. The house was an auction house, a new process for both of us. He remained good natured through out all the time we spent together and the many phone calls exchanged.<br/><br/>Laird made the purchase process a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him. He is now familiar with the auction/Fannie Mae process which would speed things along.

We moved across the country while our house was listed with Laird. When he found an interested buyer for our property, he handled the negotiations with our being on the opposite coast. As it turned out, the buyers presented with numerous unforeseen challenges - it was not an smooth road! We are so grateful Laird was there to handle the many crazy things that came up, and handle the closing. Our trust was well placed with Laird Hitchcock!

I have worked with Laird for almost 2 years in finding and now finally closing on a "close to the beach" family vacation house. He has been very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I'll definitely work with him again if I choose to purchase or sell a property in the area.

Laird is a very professional real estate agent. We tried three agents before we met him. Our previous agents did not do anything other than listed the property. Laird was honest and very enthusiastic. He was always available and ready to listen to our requests and suggestions. Although our home was located 40 miles from his office, he was always ready to show the house to any potential buyers.
