Sharonica did an outstanding job with helping me find my rental home. Initially I searched on my own for a rental home, and became a victim of being scammed. At the time of searching for a rental home I didn't realize the importance of having a realtor for my rental needs. I was under the assumption realtors were for people who were buying homes only. Sharonica informed me that she would be there guide me the entire way for my rental. This provided the extra security to ensure I was never scammed again. To have someone lookout for your best interest and show true compassion is hard to find. Sharonica showed both and more during this transition. I highly recommend her for all of your housing needs.

I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that Sharonica had about the properties we viewed. It was a no-brainer for my family and I to work with her, and I'm so thankful we did. Sharonica was ALWAYS available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible. If we are ever thinking about purchasing a home , or renting Sharonica is definitely our go to agent.

She was amazing. She made my experience less stressful. I even received house warming gifts for my move. After my move she followed up with me to assure that my experience was great. Sharonica is very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I definitely would use her again and recommend to others.

From the beginning, Ken'Yelle was nice, pleasant, and willing to work with my schedule. She sent multiple possibilities and she was very sincere in her desire t help me find what I was looking for. She has zelle and she even made an impression on my grandson, who is only 3. Definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for their dream home or next move.
