Lana did a phenomenal job in selling our not so easy home to sell. She is incredible at negotiation, contracts, researching the market, helping us stage and sell fast, and very knowledgeable at real estate. She exceeded our expectations. She is professional, reliable, available, and always patient with us by guiding us through the process of selling our home. Lana is amazing! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. My husband and I found out we would be moving to Tampa and needed to close on a home within two months. Coming from Missouri, and having a baby in that time frame, made house hunting particularly difficult. Lana was flexible, accommodating, and made us feel that she was more than willing to go above and beyond to help us. She picked out great homes for us to look at and ultimately found us the perfect home for our family. Lana was not only knowledgeable about real estate, but also extremely fun to be around. Lana was very informative, helpful and a delight to work with as we relocated to Florida and when we sold to relocate again for work. Service was seamless and she went above and beyond in situations when we were still out of state to help ensure we got into the house on time.

Lana has gone above and beyond. She made an extremely stressful process go smooth. She is very knowledgeable from beginning to end of the process and has even helped me 2 months after I purchased the house. That is going above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Lana!

I first found Lana on Zillow when I needed to purchase a home in the Wesley Chapel area. From our first meeting, I knew she had my family’s best interest in mind while looking at multiple homes. She made sure that we weren’t just buying a house, but we were buying a home and a great investment. Unfortunately the time came when I had to part with our home due to having to relocate for work, but I knew who to call. From the minute I called Lana she was on the ball getting our Home listed. Being on the market for only a couple days, our home sold and it was in fact a great investment! Not only is she the best realtor I have worked with, she has also become a friend!
