My wife and I met Cindy at an open house we attended. There was a lot of competition for the property. While Cindy was an agent for the buyer, her honesty, integrity, and hard work made us trust her that she will represent us as well, and we need no other broker. We worked together very well and landed the property! This was our first experience buying in Manhattan. Cindy helped us through the entire process, from contract to closing. She got all the parties together - attorneys, condo board, buyer (us), and seller - and made the deal happen! Absolutely trustworthy, charming, and knowledgeable, not to mention her advanced education - highly recommended.

I appreciate Cindy's efforts in regards to the purchase of my co-op apartment very much. Since the first time we met, she often went above and beyond to meet all of my requests and to answer my never-ending questions. It was not an easy process as a first-time purchaser, but it went well because Cindy had my best interest and gave me the support when I needed it. She would give objective opinions and would guide me in the right direction to make my own decision. I would recommend Cindy for your real estate needs in the Greater New York area.

Was looking for an apartment in Manhattan, Cindy very professionaly explained to me how was the market, told me a lot about the different neighborhoods, transportation, social and cultural life and when I found what I liked, she guided and helped me out troughout the whole process till closing. Since I am a foreigner buyer, Cindy has done an excellent job helping me to put together my personal and financial profile. She then worked out the many issues with the building's board which were not very much in favor to a foreign buyer at first but thanks to Cindy Chen's excellent skills in business dealing. I now live in my dream home in my preferred neighbohood.

Cindy is a warm, active, and knowledgeable real estate professional that I had great pleasure working with. I met Cindy through a common friend and worked with her in finding a place to own about a year later. She offered no only plentiful options to consider as a start but also solid advice on research on one's own, bidding, process, and contracting. She also suggested great professionals to process the paperwork to make everything smooth. Plus, she responded to any questions promptly with helpful answers or recommendations. I liked her because she always made sure she fully understood my needs first before recommending anything. She never pushed me to make decisions against my will but remembered to remind me of important deadline.
