We worked with Larissa Suggs to buy our first home and we couldn’t recommend her enough! We started looking over a year ago and she immediately helped us realize that the property we were looking at was not a good fit for us and completely supported us when we decided to stop searching for a house. When we reached out again this year looking to buy a specific and complicated house (short sale property) she was on it immediately and jumped through the many hoops that were thrown at us. She very thoroughly read the contract before she gave it to us and made sure we understood all the different nuances to this property. From start to finish Larissa and her team were extremely professional, efficient, and helpful in making this a reality for us!

Larissa Suggs was a complete blessing from beginning to end. Living in illinois at the time she poured her heart and soul in the search for homes and helping us find our forever home in lake mary,fl. I couldn't have asked for a better, understanding, knowledgeable, amazing listener and caring person than Larissa. She truly made you feel like family and friend. My daughters and I found our forever home with Larissa. I highly recommend her for all you buying and selling needs.

Larissa is amazing! Really profesional and committed to the job! She is also there every single time you need her assistance! Whoever needs to buy or sell a home is going to be in good hands! I purchased a townhouse in Waterford lakes and the whole process was easy!

As first time home buyers we were very scared and stressed out over the entire process of buying a house. The lease for our apartment was up in 4 months, and we were on a mission to not resign a lease. Larissa was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and determined to help us through the process. Even when we wanted to give up she kept our spirits high and cheered us on along the way. She knew our perfect house was out there and she was going to hunt it down for us. We would send her listings at all hours of the day and she would have an appointment set up very quickly at our earliest convenience! We definitely had high expectations when it came to our first home and she would not have allowed us to settle for anything less. What felt like 300 viewing and open houses later we now OWN our dream home! which would not have been possible without her fierce negotiating, knowledge of the industry, overall guidance, (and speaking to my dad for 40 mins on the phone reassuring him everything fine lol). As young homeowners it can be very scary especially after all the paperwork is said and done but Larissa, almost a year later, is still guiding us through this journey. She checks in regularly and truly cares about her clients. Larissa surpassed our expectations and we can confidently say she is the only realtor we will ever work with and will recommend her to everyone who is looking to sell or buy!

Larissa is very supportive and is a dream to work with. She has timely communication, is experienced, good at negotiating, is always on top of what to do next, and provides helpful information. I would definitely recommend Larrisa to anyone looking to buy a house.
