We are so lucky to have Larry and his team as our agent to help us buy our home in Ladera Ranch. Larry is patient, professional, responsive and one word, his is just GOOD! We have visited OC many times but never looked at the real estate market here. When we set to buy a home in the region, we were anxious where is the best place to live. Larry has deep experience and knowledge for the region. He helped us get a sense of different communities and neighborhoods. In one weekend, he and his partner showed us more than 10 properties, along the way, he gave us a crush course on what's around and helped us get a grip of the area quickly. Larry is very patient with us. Buying a home could be emotional. Even after we gave an offer, we had thoughts on a different property. Larry understands this and works with us very professionally.
