Laura was expert in knowing the market specific to our development, giving us guidance in setting the price, and staging the home. She had access to a team of people to help us out with certain tasks if we chose. In particular she has someone she works with regularly to strategize on staging, at no expense to us. She recommended a combination of some of our decor and some accent pieces she had access to. The pics were amazing. Highly recommend!

Laura has got to be the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. From preparing the house for sale till the day the house sold she was always in touch, always available should you have questions. Laura went above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area and what the buyer wants is impressive. I highly recommend her.

As an 80 year old new widow who had lived in the house for over 50 years and had to sell I knew I would have a very difficult time preparing the house for sale. Laura not only staged the house,had her husband and friends take care of cellar and attic,and cleared out items not needed. LAURA accompanied me to look for apartment,handled application and handled any monies needed before house was sold and I was financially able to reimburse her The house sold over asking price ,and I was able to stay in my house until apartment was available due to Laura negotiating with buyers. Can I sum up in fee words---I would have been lost without her! Laura was more than a realtor,she was a gift!!!

As first-time home buyers, we were somewhat overwhelmed going into this process. Thankfully Laura is an absolute pro, and not only had a binder full of introductory materials ready for us, but also walked us through every step of the process with candor, charm, and good humor. Laura was not afraid to tell us no, even before we would set foot in some houses. That made it all the better when we found our dream home - she was was equally eager to tell us what a great choice we made. We are endlessly grateful to Laura.
