Just a quick note: Aaron was great to work with. He was not pushy, which was the quality I was looking for. I needed to find a place quickly but I wanted the perfect place for me. I also told him upfront I needed a good deal. I told him I needed someone willing to fight for me to get a good price in this market. That is exactly what he did.
