Lee sold my home in 2004, I do have a real estate license now but still decided to reach out to Lee and hire him again because he is the very best & most professional agent I know of in the industry. Lee got for me the best outcome possible and the closing was very smooth. Lee went above and beyond this time around by being at my home 7AM in the morning to help me move heavy bedroom furniture from upstairs to downstairs, he also came back a few days later with his truck and helped me deliver donations to the Goodwill. I would highly recommend calling Lee Criner 1st before you need to sell or buy a home. Thank you again so much Lee for making this an outstanding experience and I wish you the best of luck.

As first time home buyers, having Lee as our Agent was the best decision we ever made. He made this process easy, smooth and quick. His negotiation skills are fantastic, there were many offers on our house and because of Lee's skill and persistence, we were able to get the home of our dreams. Lee is a great business man and very professional. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and if you soul imagine, we had lots, because this was our first time. We learned alot from Lee during this process. We are glad to have met him, we not only consider him our agent, but now as a friend and someone we can go to for anything regarding our house and repairs. Lee went above and beyond to give me advise for my mother who is currently selling her home in another state. Lee, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done for us. Hi World, Lee Criner is an awesome realtor with tons of knowledge. He worked really hard for my family and myself we are very happy with his professionalism and hard work. Lee is an amazing real estate agent! He always goes above and beyond; our home wasn't passing inspection to close escrow and Lee went himself to get the repairs done for us! Thanks to Lee our home passed inspection and we are now living in our beautiful home that he found for us!
