I don’t normally write reviews. However, in this particular situation, Lee Toutounchian absolutely deserves a thoughtful review! From our very first phone call, I could sense that Lee was much more than your average realtor. Mr. T helped my family and I through every step of the home selling journey and was responsive each and every day. His communication and negotiation skills are exceptional! Lee was wonderful, he made this process so easy and was right there every time I had a question. He helped me to find people to help me when I had some damage from Milton and to get repairs done so the showings could continue. He was able to negotiate my asking price and just made the whole process run smoothly.

We moved to Ormond Beach from Richmond, VA and chose Lee as our buyer's agent mainly because of his 5-star reviews online and he did not disappoint! He did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our new home and made the transition moving from out of state effortless. He was available to us during every step of the process with his professionalism, kindness, understanding, and extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and the current real estate market. Next time we sell/buy anything in the area, he will be the first person we call, hands down.
