Leigh Kaminsky has been my realtor since 2019 when I purchased my first home. As a new homebuyer, I was a bit fearful of the home buying process as I had no idea where to begin. The moment I met Leigh she made me feel so comfortable from the very first day of our meeting. She made my home buying process as first time home buyer the best experience I could’ve ever asked or hoped for. Throughout the years, Leigh has kept in contact with my family and has built a genuine relationship with us, l which means so much to me. Even now as I am preparing to sell my home and purchase another, I have no hesitation that I want Leigh to help us with this process. I can’t say enough positive feedback about Leigh! Just when my boyfriend and I thought we would never find the house of our dreams…. We decided to work with Leigh. We were on the hunt for close to a year and a half. Within a month of working with Leigh, we got the house of our dreams on the first try! She made the process so straightforward and kept in touch every step of the way. As a first time homeowner, the process can seem scary, but Leigh made it such a breeze! Between her and her transaction coordinator Michelle— I never had any questions or concerns! They were on top of it. I would receive weekly emails of where we were at in the process and what was expected at that time. Leigh also has contacts for everything you can imagine! I trusted her recommendations and used one of the inspection and title companies she works with. They were amazing and the entire process was seamless. If you are looking for a new home or ready for a change— I can’t recommend Leigh Kaminsky enough. She is AMAZING at what she does. I’ve already recommended her to everyone I work with!

Leigh has been our agent for 2 sales and 2 purchases and we cannot say enough good things about her and her team. Both of our listings had multiple offers and went for over asking price. She has consistently made helpful and knowledgeable recommendations and her knowledge of local contractors and resources is top notch. This last move was a pretty stressful one for us and she got us from contract to the closing table in 2 weeks!
