Leo is hands down the best realtor you could ever work with. As first-time homebuyers, he made the entire process incredibly smooth and was exceptionally patient with all our questions and concerns. His willingness to go above and beyond, even taking our calls at odd hours, truly sets him apart. We 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I just bought my home and knew very little about the process; Leo had immeasurable patience with me. and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, and so much more. Leo is extremely down to earth and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him to all my friends. Leo is a strong negotiator, he was able to get the best price to purchase the house. We closed escrow in less than 20 days............... Leo Your The Best !!!!!!!!!!

Leo met us at a place in mission heights we thought we were interested in and hung in there with us for two months through to a home in little Italy. If you want a realtor that knows San Diego COUNTY and downtown he’s your guy. When we went into escrow, the first and second time, he was with us through the entire buying and move in process. He was a fierce advocate and truly had our best interest at heart. An absolutely phenomenal realtor and guy, with an incredible understanding of San Diego’s neighborhoods. We were grateful to have him on our team.

Leo has been nothing less than amazing. I originally wanted to buy in 2020 but work relocated me to Washington for 3 years. I kept in touch with him to ask him about the market at least once or twice a year. He followed up with me when I told him I was moving back to the San Diego. area. I rated him 5 stars in negotiation skills because he was able to negotiate to get us full closing costs covered and there was money left over to pay a full year of HOA. He also connected us with a great lender who helped us buy our rate down tremendously in this wild economy. 5 stars on responsiveness because he ALWAYS answered his phone. He’s always available and he’s just great at communicating and sharing knowledge on what to look for when buying a house. Overall, I 100% recomendó Leo. I know 5 people who recommended Leo and I’m glad I chose him. Great Job Leo! I’ll call you when I buy/sell my next house! 10/10!
