Leslie seemed nice enough... However, she completely forgot we were moving in on move in day and therefore we did not have a refrigerator or oven. She offered us a week or so off rent if we picked up the refrigerator ourselves. (Which we did) The oven never came. Here's where disaster continued... The home had not been lived in in a LONG time and I'm pretty sure we were lied to about that fact. (proof coming) Because, we turned the house water on, and there were not 1, not 2, but 4 water leaks all over the house and water started spraying down from the kitchen roof and bathroom and garage. (I have videos) The plumber was called and came a few times to fix the multiple leaks but then our power went out b/c the meter hadn't been on in such a long time it wasn't measuring correctly for city standards. At that point, we decided to move out and did so, having to move twice in one week. Leslie and Re/Max offered us no compensation in return for a complete lack of professionalism and breach of contract in even knowing that the house was entirely unlivable upon our moving in. Thus, we were essentially forced to hire a moving truck and rent a storage unit for 2 months while we bummed off of friends and found a new house. I'll consider removing this if the company compensates us for our experience, our exhaustion, and substantial financial loss as a direct result of their actions.

Leslie helped us sell our home, after also helping us find our perfect property to purchase. She made the sales process seamless for us and made sure that the closing went perfectly. Thank you, Leslie. Highly recommend!

Leslie went out of her way to accommodate our needs, she drove us around to see several properties and provided her professional advice about the surroundings, financing, purchase process etc.

Leslie was an integral part of helping my wife and I sell our town-home and purchase our new home, in the same day! She has an incredible knowledge of the Gaston County real estate market and an expansive network of contacts in the area. Within a month of listing our home, we had accepted an offer and put an offer on our new home! (which was also accepted) She was very accommodating to our needs as we closed on both properties in the same day and often called her late in the evenings to ask questions and gain understanding of the process. If you're looking to buy property in Gaston County, there is no one else we would recommend.

Leslie sold my home last year, plus helped me find the home I just purchased 4.21.2014. Listen up people, if you want an excellent knowledgeable, smart agent, you can do no better than Leslie, whether buying or selling. She knows the market, plus will tell you how to get your house sold. This includes repairs and renovations that will make your house stand out from the others. Leslie helped me pick out paint colors, recommended affordable contractors that made the process much easier. When I was looking for a new home, she would tell me what it was REALLY worth, plus what it would take ($$) to fix it up/repair for a future resale. It's a learning process finding a GOOD agent. I just can't say enough about Leslie and how she helped me with her extensive knowledge & experience. I highly recommend her to all sellers or buyers!!!
